Doesn’t tell you shipping amount until…

Doesn’t tell you shipping amount until after payment details are entered. I selected Apple Pay which then completed my order (I was expecting another confirmation page showing the total first!) emailed customer care to cancel the order and was told there was no way. If I had known the shipping costs upfront id have spent more to qualify for free shipping. No response from customer service. Won’t order from them again.

Gorgeous products

Ordering was hard as so many beautiful nail polishes to chose from! It was a lovely experience, easy and speedy delivery. Recommended by my daughter and I've since recommended to friends. Definitely use again

Fabulous service

Really impressed with the Barry M customer service . The first time I have ordered online and my parcel went missing. I sent an email which was picked up by Marlene. Amazing customer service, she was polite, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Positive Experience

It was the first time I have ordered from Barry M online as I usually just get their products elsewhere but decides to try their website this time during lockdown here in the UK. Everything arrived very quickly and great condition.

Avoid! Poor customer service and excuses

EDIT - customer service have just emailed to apologise for the confusion & said that I will be sent a bag of great items. If these are received then I will happily revise my review! ????
Spent a significant amount of money on gifts with this company during 2020 and was looking forward to receiving a loyalty gift for myself. This never materialised so contacted them and was told by customer service there had been a delay in getting them out and “We will be sending you a lovely gift filled with goodies!” A month later still nothing was received so I chased up to be told they had sent customers an email for 1 free item. This is not the “filled with goodies gift” I was promised a month earlier, which I had eagerly been looking forward to receiving. They’re quick to take your money but clearly do not value customer satisfaction or retention because I’ve now had 2 months of delays, excuses and differing information from customer service staff. It is shocking and unacceptable to treat customers so poorly.

My no.1 nail polishes

Lovely nail polishes, easy to use, and to take off (glitters take a bit more soaking off time). Customer support is quick and any problems swiftly sorted out. I have recommended these to all my friends and family.

Not Received Order!

Terrible customer service, haven't received order, order confirmation says they use Royal Mail but it's UPS which are useless! Not a small order either and at times like these correspondence to emails are helpful! Will not be ordering from them again!!

Delivery took years to arrive

Ordering directly from their website instead of Boots or Superdrug has been terrible. The delivery took absolutely ages to arrive, more than a month.
Also the lack of response to emails regarding my order, website stated ‘free lip product’ over a certain amount to order, charged me for the product and won’t refund it out of good will..

***Since review I’ve had a full refund PayPal had to step in*** Extremely disappointed items didn’t arrive

Extremely disappointed no delivery no response to emails ,reported to PayPal thank goodness i paid With PayPal ,I had a email from feefo site asking for my opinion , I was surprised to see hundreds of people like myself no items received .I ordered these 13th December plenty time , As the site quotes post office 48 hour delivery.
Would not recommend I think there needs to be a no star Experience.

Poor customer service

Incorrect order sent by Barry M
Waited for a very long time for order
Was for a gift and the receiver was disappointed
Had no time to get anything else
They have no way to pay returns
They gave me no refund
The items I received was less value than what I have ordered
Customer services refused to issue a credit note or refund.
Poor customer service that where unable to help or explain what had gone wrong
No way to raise a complaint
Surely if something is sent that was not ordered there is a policy
Why wasn’t I contacted if stock had ran out of what I had ordered

The baked Tri blend highlighter is…

The baked Tri blend highlighter is amazing the shade bronze deco is super pigmented and so affordable. I also have two of their lip kits and they’re really easy to apply and long lasting.
